What is a Caravan Habitation Service?

A habitation service is a full health check of the living area of your caravan. It ensures that everything inside is safe, fully functional, and compliant with safety standards. This service typically includes:

✅ Gas System Check – System pressure test. testing appliances and checking for flame picture and operation of FFD’s

✅ Electrical System Check – inspection of 12V and 230V systems.

✅ Water System Check – taps, pumps, and waste outlets checking for leaks and operating issues.

✅ Damp Test – Comprehensive damp inspection.

✅ Safety Equipment – smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher.

✅ Bodywork & Windows – inspecting seals, doors, and windows for damage. overall exterior body inspections

✅ Chassis & Running Gear – Alko hitch and friction pad inspections, Jockey wheel and corner steadies. Tyres, bearings and brakes all inspected cleaned and adjusted.
